JOB SUMMARY

 

As a Senior Energy Consultant, you will be driven and motivated by targets and have the ambition to regularly exceed expectations. Proven sales experience is required for the role.

 

You will play an important role in generating new business through outbound sales calls to deliver customers potential benefits of reviewing their energy contracts. You will build your own portfolio which you will be responsible for maintaining/growing.

  • Earn 15% of the sales value right from the get-go (no minimum hurdle).

  • Uncapped commission with OTE earning of 55K.

  • Basic salary of up to 30K.

  • 100% office based in Central Leicester.

 

We are looking for someone who is:

 

  • A natural closer who cares about customers.

  • Proven sales ability, including effective objective handling.

  • Enthusiastic and fun.

  • Resilient and determined, with natural curiosity.

  • Hard working and loves picking up the phone and making lots of calls.

  • Sales experience is an advantage but by no means essential.

  • Open minded and inclusive.

  • Excited to help customers.
